VANISH RACING CLUB SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. All values are in United States Dollars (USD).

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

Vanish Racing Club

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at April 17, 2026 00:00 Eastern Time and ends at June 17, 2026 00:00 Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).

The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. PURCHASE ENTRY

During the Promotion Period, visit the Vanish Racing Club website and complete a purchase.

Each $1.00 spent (excluding taxes and shipping) = 100 entries

Entrants must provide:

B. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE REQUIRED)

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to:

Entry Value:

Each valid email submission receives eight thousand (8000) entries
Email entries will also receive the benefit of any active promotional multiplier at the time the email is received

Example:
If a 10X multiplier is active → 8000 × 10 = 80000 entries

Submission Rules:

Limit one (1) email entry per person per day
Must be manually submitted (no automated or bulk entries)
Incomplete entries will be disqualified

5. BONUS ENTRY MULTIPLIERS

Sponsor may offer limited-time promotional multipliers (e.g., 10X, 20X, 50X, 100X).

Multipliers apply equally to purchase and email entries
Determined by timestamp of entry submission

6. ENTRY LIMIT

Maximum of 600,000 entries per participant, regardless of method of entry.

7. PRIZE

Grand Prize (1 Winner):

Insta360 X5 Camera Bundle
$50 Cash

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $550

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 20th from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner will be contacted via email and/or phone.

Must respond within 10 days
Must provide required identification and documentation

Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Winner must:

Provide valid government-issued identification
Complete IRS Form W-9

If applicable, a Form 1099 will be issued for tax purposes.

Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary
Substitute a prize of equal or greater value

12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Vanish Racing Club and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or use of any prize.
